Hertz Stickers is a Kenyan-owned platform providing custom décor, stickers, wallpapers, and digital themes. We operate both direct-to-consumer storefronts and a curated marketplace for independent creators.

2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access by emailing epheynyaga@gmail.com or calling 0705 423 479.
3. Orders & payments
All payments are processed via Mpesa STK push through our Lipia integration. Orders are confirmed once we receive a success notification. For marketplace items, you pay sellers directly using the contacts displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & fulfilment
Physical products ship from Nairobi within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated. Digital downloads unlock instantly after Mpesa confirmation or when the seller marks the order as fulfilled.
5. Seller guidelines
Creators agree to upload only original or properly licensed content, provide accurate pricing, and honour delivery timelines. Failure to do so may lead to suspension or removal.
6. Refunds & disputes
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase for defects, misprints, or failed downloads. We work with sellers to resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and platform features belong to Hertz Stickers unless otherwise noted. Creators retain rights to their submissions, granting us a licence to market and deliver their products.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features or compliance requirements. Significant changes will be announced via email and on this page before they take effect.
